1. Agreement to terms
By engaging Squad Commerce Partners ("Squad," "we," "us") for growth, marketing, or channel-management services, you ("client," "you") agree to the terms outlined here. If you don't agree, please don't use our services — reach out and we'll happily talk it through first.
2. Scope of services
Services are defined in your individual statement of work and may include Amazon and marketplace management, TikTok Shop content and affiliate strategy, Shopify retention and lifecycle marketing, and unified reporting. Anything outside that scope is handled as a change order.
3. Fees & payment
- Engagements run on a retainer plus performance component, detailed in your proposal.
- Invoices are due within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Ad spend and platform fees are billed separately and are not included in our fees.
4. Term & termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Work in progress at the time of termination is billed at the agreed rate through the termination date.
5. Intellectual property
Creative assets, strategy documents, and reporting built specifically for your account become your property upon full payment. Our internal frameworks, tooling, and methodology remain ours.
6. Limitation of liability
We work to grow your revenue across channels, but we don't guarantee specific results — marketplace algorithms, ad platforms, and market conditions are outside our control. Our liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding three months.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
